Recognition Identified

COMIC UNKNOWN WOULD LIKE TO WELCOME YOU TO ANOTHER TOP SECRET MISSION

We have a rare opportunity to review a book we helped fund and bring to life! Successfully funded on Kickstarter on July 8th, Rapid Eye is a new ongoing five issue mini-series that introduces us the technology of Access Trance Machine. The ATM technology allows a user to enter the dreams of their targets. While entering the dream of the target, any harm that may fall upon the target in the dream, will occur in real life. For example, if the user shoots the target in the dream in the arm, the target will have a bullet hole and bleed in real life. After finding his friend Patrick dead at a diner with confidential documents, CIA Operative Eddie Phillips becomes the new target in Rapid Eye Issue One. Rapid Eye was created by Bobby Torres with Anthony Rodriguez and Bobby as the writers, Rowel Roque as the Artist, Ronson Edulan as the Colorist, Nic J Shaw as the Letterer/Designer and both Jack Garcia and Jason Bennett as the Editors.

This creative team does a great job producing a fresh story. The art of the comic is clean, professional and successfully displays a glimpse of the world of Rapid Eye to its readers. The story progresses smoothly and in good pace that allows the reader to gain the proper intel from this mission. Rapid Eye Issue One is a magnificent piece of work that manifests the vitality behind indie comics and can easily dominate over certain ongoing series from the larger publishers.  With such a success on Kickstarter for Issue One, we will expect the same level of work on future issues.  Rapid Eye is the reason why we at Comic Unknown believe that indie comics are stronger than the norm from major publishers. You can see the strength, heart, and sweat that goes into making a book. You can go to Tenacious Comics' page to pick up a preorder of the book in case you missed out on the Kickstarter for $3.99 which will be available in September 2016. Make sure to check out their social media pages such as Facebook and Twitter for any updates on Rapid Eye and the other books they produce.
